[~ajayyadava] This is to unblock Integration tests for Native Scheduler
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FALCON-1447 and also when user queries on
status of an entity it shouldn't throw exception. It is ok to say Scheduled
instead of Succedded as of now. We thought of implementing this but it becomes
hacky. We want to track and fix this in right way.
