Thanks for the patch, it looks useful. I have a suggestion, feel free to 
discount it if it can not be done easily. Currently the patch only checks that 
the specified queue exists. This will solve for the case where the queue name 
contains a typo(which is not very common e.g. we use maven resources plugin to 
replace such parameters). The most common scenario in our experience is when 
users specify a queue name but the user doesn't have the permission. If we can 
solve that scenario also then the feature will be truly useful.
