Will commit tomorrow with +1 on reviewboard.
Note that because checkstyle is not module anymore, you can't run checkstyle
directly from a module. Anyway, it wasn't possible to build from a module
directly as findbugs-maven-plugin was also using the excludeFilterFile as path
relative to the project. Will wait till tomorrow for commit just in case there
are any objections
