Description:
Since only server side refactoring is done for error handling FALCON-1705, this
has become a blocker for 0.9 release. All the client exceptions now throw the
following exception irrespective of what the error is :

ERROR: Bad Request;ua1/org.apache.falcon.FalconWebException::null
ua2/org.apache.falcon.FalconWebException::null
