Simple script to verify Falcon works on Sandbox

Hi Team,

Attached is simple script to verify that users can submit and schedule entity 
on Sandbox (https://hortonworks.jira.com/browse/RMP-5416). If this script is 
successful, we can guarantee that Oozie is configured properly for Falcon.
