[~peeyushb], yes, the problem is not TextMessage, but, the fact that once the
WorkflowExecutionContext is created, the counter.txt file is deleted. Guess,
that can be changed. We are keeping logs around, why not the the counters file?
That way we can read from it and populate the WorkflowExecutionContext anytime.
What say?
