Apache Falcon 0.7/0.8 download has broken link

Hi,
When I am trying to download the Apache Falcon 0.8 from Releases section, I am 
getting following error.
The requested URL /apache/falcon/0.8 was not found on this server.
Similar error for Apache Falcon 0.7 as well.
