FALCON-2342 testDeRegistration timeout fixed using waitFor function
The test fails with
```
java.lang.AssertionError: expected:<1> but was:<null>

at org.testng.Assert.assertEquals(Assert.java:118)

```
Implemented waitFor() function to fix it.
