I have posted the draft Board report here <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FALCON/December+2018>. Please do note that we are not seeing much traction on Falcon in the last few months. As a result, I'm calling this out as an issue: "ISSUES The project is not seeing much traction in the past few months and seems to have run its course.
