There are a few test classes in webapp module that implement end to end
integration requiring:
* A Hadoop Cluster running on localhost
* Oozie to be running on localhost
Since these are expected to be running external to the tests by the user, its
quite non intuitive. This issue addresses to separate them out from the test
phase and runs the entire suite in integration-test phase which is also invoked
in verify phase.
