* Falcon should have deployment capabilities.
1. When we submit a process,
It requires to deploy workflow/jars in proper location, falcon tool can be
build to take care of pushing them to properly location, before scheduling.
2. There should be validation if dependent jars are present, which might be
required for the process, but may not be pushed with the process itself.
(e.g. pig, distcp)
3. Say we have a process/feed which has to be submitted to multiple colos,
and one of the colos does has temporary issue.
Falcon Prism to accept the process/feed for the unavailable colo, and
should schedule when its available.
