The webui is available in both embedded and distributed modes. They look good.
There are a few minor issues with this:
1. The webui is packaged in both war files in distributed mode, it should only
be hosted in prism since you cannot submit any entity to a falcon server in
distributed mode. The path is changed to *secure* on falcon server and hence
all interactions with falcon server fails.

2. Falcon logo is missing
3. The top menu (Data Sets, Processes, Clusters) disappear in instances page
4. (optional) Webui is a separate top level dir instead of being hosted in
prism and copied to webapp only in embedded mode.
