Currently the web UI generates the transitive closure of the dependency graph.
It is confusing because the list view only presents a level of dependency.
Furthermore, the direction of dependency graph is wrong because the API reports
both the inward and outward dependency, where the dependency should be
determined by the type of the entities.
We should make it consistent.
