I googled for images of
Falcon<https://www.google.co.in/search?q=falcon&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=ofWzUvSdCcWOrQfju4GoDw&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=1280&bih=639>and
Eagle<https://www.google.co.in/search?q=eagle&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=6fWzUqyaHcGNrQf1sIGoDg&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=1280&bih=639>
. In logo we have a sketch of Falcon , that to only from neck and above.
I dont think its possible to differentiate between Falcon / Eagle , and we
can continue to claim that its a Falcons neck :)

We if are thinking to change the logo, its better to have a full falcon
sketch .. one of these perhaps Falcon
Sketch<https://www.google.co.in/search?q=falcon+sketch&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=VPazUtStKsKPrQejhYD4Aw&ved=0CCgQsAQ&biw=1280&bih=639>
or if one of us is artist enough to contribute :P

Also one thing i noticed its not possible to see the whole logo on
http://falcon.incubator.apache.org/ , it is being covered by top dropdown
of various options .... ( in chrome browser atleast)

Thanks:
Samarth
