In the retention workflows after eviction, we just have a message and no post
processing is called.
As a result of which neither the oozie log / job log of the corresponding
instance is copied to the logs directory.
Also when we have any issue in eviction it will be useful to have the job log,
so that we can figure out what exactly has happened.
