Jean-Baptiste Onofré commented on FALCON-247:
---------------------------------------------
I double checked, if you build in distributed mode (-Pdistributed -Phadoop-1
for instance), the prism-status script is included:
bin$ ls -l|grep -i status
-rwxr-xr-x 1 jbonofre jbonofre 946 Jan 16 08:06 falcon-status
-rwxr-xr-x 1 jbonofre jbonofre 945 Jan 16 08:06 prism-status
-rwxr-xr-x 1 jbonofre jbonofre 1334 Jan 16 08:06 service-status.sh
So it's already included in the patch.
Do you mean this bin/prism-status ?

> In order to know if falcon server and prism are running, it could be helpful
> to provide status scripts.
> These scripts can also be interesting in monitoring scripts (like nagios,
> zabbix, etc) to check the current status of falcon/prism.
