Thanks [~sriksun] for this. I have been waiting on this for quite sometime as
it significantly improves the development productivity. I have left some review
comments on the review board. The patch applies cleanly on trunk but is missing
the java classes for org.apache.falcon.JobTrackerService and
org.apache.falcon.hadoop.JailedFileSystem. It won't compile.
