Patch looks good but a minor nit: can you please make
shouldSetupHiveConfiguration abstract and have concrete implementations on the
builders. Also, rename isTableStorage on FeedBuilder to
shouldSetupHiveConfiguration so we do not have a redundant method. Thanks!
