It is a regression from FALCON-444. Earlier the coordinator.xml for each source
cluster was marshalled with source cluster specific file name, but with
FALCON-444 the file name was hardcoded as coordinator.xml. As a result, the
marshalled files were getting overridden to have just one copy.
