I have tested this end to end at least 20 times and it has never worked. With
out this patch, all the post workflow execution events get only FAILED status.
This needs to be committed. Can someone else, [~suhas.ysr], verify? You need to
watch the falcon application logs for MQ messages and see that even though the
wf succeeded, the message comes back as failed.
