To reproduce, please create and schedule 2 process entities. One with pipeline
tag "pipeline_1" and another without pipeline tag. Then make the following
restAPI call
http://Node:Port/api/entities/summary/process?cluster=<clusterName>&filterBy=PIPELINES=pipeline_1
This should return summary for only one process, instead it returns summary for
both processes.
