* Rat check is clean. Don't see any license issues.
* Builds cleanly
* Haven't tested the app itself, but I am hoping that it has been tested many
times over.
* Assuming no further commits, this should be good candidate for release.
Still see designer around. Not a blocker, but I did notice a jira pending to
remove it from this release. (Designer still has SNAPSHOT version though)
Used Hadoop-2.5.0 and oozie-4.0.1 for the build.
