I applied this patch. I modified it slightly to try to make the
config.properties more similar to the config.properties file in "main/". I
notice that some of the packages being exported by the system bundle are
different in some JRE platform property definitions (e.g., Apache Xalan, etc.).
I am not sure if these should be included in the original config.properties
file or not.
Guillaume, if everything looks good, maybe you can close this issue.
