Issues regarding felix commons

Hi,

if noone objects, I would like to commit the patches of the following 
issues:
#FELIX-318 : Add the version for maven-bundle-plugin to the version mgmt 
of the root pom
#FELIX-319 : Make the mail bundle usable by including activation
#FELIX-320 : A bundle containing the whole xml api
I tested the new mail bundle and the xml api bundle and did not 
encounter any problem.
