The problem, as correctly stated, is that the updated configuration is not
passed by the plugins before handing them over to the ManagedService(Factory).
In addition I fixed a minor issue, where a factory configuration instance might
have been created if listed as being part of the factory but not actually
existing anymore. This should not happen, instead a message should be logged
and the respective PID be removed from the factory list.
