Sorry for creating a flood of seemingly silly edits of this page. It  
seems somehow our template that includes this page does strange  
things. I noticed strange < and > characters and incorrect formatting  
of the menu today, and it somehow seems that the macro I use  
(#renderPage("Navigation")) somehow cuts off the first three and last  
three characters of the included file. In the end, I included a dummy  
{html}<p>{html} at the start and end of the navigation page. To be  
honest I'm not sure why this worked in the past but not now anymore.
