the extra repo did use to be in the pom, but it makes things simpler if the
dependency is in the central repo (otherwise causes lots of extra lookups
to aqute.biz for other artifacts when using the bundle-plugin)

FYI, the latest version of bndlib has just been uploaded to central :)
