Deploying latest Felix Snapshot

Hi all.

I'm wondering if this is possible to deploy on the apache snapshot 
repository the latest Felix snapshot (1.1.0-SNAPSHOT).
I need the latest ExtensionManager (the one that doesn't throw an 
IOException when openConnection is called with an URL path == "/"), and 
the latest 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT of Felix doesn't have theses changes :'(
