A little while back, Peter Kriens asked about contributing his
FileInstall utility bundle. There was positive response at that time,
but no official vote. The paperwork is all in place now for us to move
forward, but we need to hold a vote to make sure that the community
wants to accept the contribution and be responsible for its ongoing
maintenance.
