Whilst doing development and maintenance of both the bundleplugin and
maven-obr-plugin
I've come to realize there is a lot of synergy between them, especially wrt.
the "bundle" lifecycle
and OBR integration.
In fact because the bundleplugin uses some of the OBR code from the
maven-obr-plugin it is
often necessary to release the two plugins at the same time. Several users have
also asked
for these plugins to be combined, and a recent vote on the subject showed
positive support.
So, this task will focus on combining the two plugins into one, for the next
stable release: 1.4.0
