----------------------------------------------------------------

I am looking at this, but see not much ativity. What is the idea here? Are we
going to create the new version with jetty 6? If not, is it possible to create
a different module for jetty 6 support? I also see a lot of TODO's in the code,
is there an idea when/if these are going to be resolved?

The patch compiles, going to try and use it, but versions are not updated yet,
any ideas about this?

Should new efforts be based on this implementation or would you suggest to use
other implementation (ops4j/pax)

> - Look at the issues and effort involved in migrating to a more recent
> version of Jetty. Most likely the latest Jetty6 would be considered, since
> this has architectural changes over Jetty5 and hence we'd be upgrading to the
> latest greatest Jetty internals and APIs
> - Check backwards compatibility against existing (limited) set of cases in
> test bundle
> - enlist help from others with bundles using HttpService for more extensive
> testing
