well, I can see people using them in certain (limited) scenarios so exporting META-INF should be supported - just in the same way you could explicitly export 'org'. also Peter's recent change lets you explicitly export a META-INF subpackage, but it _won't_ automatically export them when you export using a wildcard (like *) which was the original concern. -- Cheers, Stuart
