As per the Configuration Admin Service specification, the keys of configuration
properties must comply with the symbolic-name production as set forth in
section 1.3.2 of the Core Specification (see section 104.4.2 Configuration
Properties in the Compendium Services Specification).
Currently this requirement is not checked by the Felix implementation. This
issue has been reported on the users list in [1]
