As of Rev. 657061 I think the move has completed:
* All packages are now org.apache.felix
* No classes should have the name "Sling" in it any more
* The Sling logo and favicon have been replaced
In the meantime Carsten also moved all open issues for the console from Sling
to here.

After the respective votes in both communities [1], [2] and successfull IP
Clearance [3] the console module can now be moved over.
This issue tracks work on the Felix side. There is a similar issue for Sling to
track the work on the Sling side: SLING-461
