URLs in the manifest of the bundlerepository bundle

Hi all,

Currently the bundlerepository bundle defines the Bundle-DocURL, 
Bundle-Url and Bundle-Source headers all pointing to the old Oscar site.

I would suggest we change the Bundle-DocURL header to point to the 
Bundle Repository documentation page on the Felix site and either remove 
the other two URLs or point them to the Felix download page.
