It is currently possible to show the configuration form of an existing
configurtion object by specifiying the PID of the configuration as part of the
URL. It would be nice to be able to get a configuration form for the creation
of a new configuration instance for a factory configuration by setting the
configuration PID in the URL and adding a request parameter - such as
"create=true"
