Fix *.new.jar handling on new JAR creation

Mangen is not very smart on creating new JARs, and if a builds fail leaves
around xxx.new.jar and sometimes xxx.new.new.jar.
Using something like truezip, mangen could acess update JARs directly to avoid
this.
