That's a lot of artifacts to have to release! :-)
Some minor issues:
* EventAdmin NOTICE file says it includes OSGi software, but it doesn't.
* Extender NOTICE file says it includes OSGi software, but it doesn't.
* Whiteboard NOTICE file says it includes OSGi software, but it
doesn't. Also, it should be "Whiteboard" and not "White-board"
(at least in the NOTICE file).
* OSGi copyright years are not up to date in NOTICE files (a good
argument for why we should consider not including them).

The KEYS for verifying the signature is also in the directories, the
MD5 and SHA1 files are maven generated (and beautified).
So please check the releases and cast your votes - the vote will be open for
