Clement Escoffier resolved FELIX-867.

Resolution: Fixed
Fixed at revision 729971.
The ServiceProperty annotation was able to target Method. However this is not
possible. Service properties can only be attached to fields.
The ServiceProperty annotation can now target only fields.
