I guess that the reason for not throwing CNFE was maybe performances.
In such a case, both IWire and IModule should not throw CNFE at all and
delegate to classes upper in the stack trace to throw exceptions.
Btw, I think the exact same thing applies to resources, which sometimes throw a
ResourceNotFoundException or not.
