(for example due to using the wrong IDE > template) Hmm, while my first thought was, that we can release it anyway, I think now that we rather should create a new release candidate (it's not that much work). I guess in the end it doesn't matter for the release how the wrong header entered it (in general it matters of course). And reading our own (Day's) licence header, I think it's absolutely not ok to have it in an Apache release.
