Hmm, while my first thought was, that we can release it anyway, I think now
that we rather should create a new release candidate (it's not that much
work). I guess in the end it doesn't matter for the release how the
wrong header entered it (in general it matters of course). And reading
our own (Day's) licence header, I think it's absolutely not ok to have
it in an Apache release.
So, I'll cancel the vote and create a new release candidate on monday
(golden rule is to not do a release candidate on friday, 13th)
