Currently, the JBossOSGi project uses the Felix Web Console for OSGi framework
management.

We would like to be able to extend the set of console plugins and modify the
generated html header/footer.
With webconsole-1.2.8 this cannot be done by extending the binary distribution,
instead we need to duplicate and modify a number of webconsole source files
