Right, I think I conflated two different things. I don't see why bamboo could not be used to deploy to nexus. I haven't done any release yet, so I'm quite unclear on the process, so the question is wether bamboo or hudson has some role in the release process or do we have to manually deploy to nexus ? If one of those helps in the release process, then maybe it could be worth investigating if we should use it, and if yes, it might make sense to use it to deploy nightly builds too.
