Here you got me on my left foot since Zurich is not my territory ;-)

I suggest you meet at the train station (there is a meeting point --
Treffpunkt -- in the main hall). From there you may exit the train
station and just outside you may already see some restaurants.

However if you cross the bridge (the one with the "COOP" shop on its
right-hand side) and turn right after the bridge you get into a quarter
called the "Niederdorf". There you will certainly find a nice and good
restaurant and some bars.

Unfortunately I myself will only be coming to Zurich on Monday and
Carsten will not be able to join.
