New committers: Derek Baum and David Savage

I wanted to let everyone know that Derek Baum and David Savage have been 
accepted as new Felix committers. We as a community accepted the Sigil 
contribution from Paremus recently and both Derek and David want to keep 
contributing to it. Here's to hoping Sigil continues to grow in many 
useful ways...and feel free to get involved with it!
