Currently the eclipse rich ui element for managing bundles only prompts to add
libraries to BUNDLE-CLASSPATH which have already been added to the eclipse
classpath. Should be able to support reverse model where we find any jar from
projects (or repositories?) and add these to local BUNDLE-CLASSPATH, which then
implies adding them to eclipse classpath.
