Dependency transitive="true"|"false" must be configurable

Currently all sigil injected dependencies have transitive="true".
However, it should be possible to configure this as part of the dependency
configuration config.
For example, a "compile" configuration may only need transitive="false"
dependencies, but a runtime configuration may need transitive="true"
dependencies.
