Tab completion doesn't work on Windows

It seems like the Karaf command line processor doesn't work properly on
Windows. For instance, if I type <tab> nothing happens (while I expected to see
all the available commands).
Another funny thing that happens on windows is that you for every line I get to
see two prompts, like this:
ka...@root> ka...@root>
ka...@root> ka...@root>
ka...@root> ka...@root>
ka...@root> ka...@root>
