Closure arguments are currently accessed as $0, $1, $2 or $args
To be more familiar to bash users, I would prefer the args to start at $1.
This then leaves $0 available for use as the path to the external script (as in
bash)
and both closures and external scripts can consistently access their arguments
starting at $1.
