Should this be integrated with the felix build on bamboo? An option whilst
ironing out the kinks is to use a remotely hosted hudson at codecauldron.org to
ensure the server side build works and then convert to bamboo when we're happy?
Also question mark around how to integrate an ivy build with felix - could make
a simple maven wrapper that performs an ant run?
